Founder & Principal since 1984, Tupper W. Lienke, MAI, is a California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and holds the MAI designation in the Appraisal Institute. He is a former President of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (2011), the largest chapter in the country. He is skilled in commercial and residential properties with a current emphasis on apartment projects of 5 units to 100 units, general-office, creative-office, and medical-office buildings (single-tenant and multi-tenant), all types of industrial properties, and single-tenant and multi-tenant free-standing retail buildings and retail shopping centers. Large projects have included the Sears Mail Order Building, the Wilshire Temple, and the Redondo Beach Pier. His current services are appraisals reports for estate-tax filing and planning, family law matters, and for other asset management decisions and expert witness testimony for deposition or trial. His current working area is Los Angeles County.
