Provide the name of the company which is ordering the appraisal and a contact name (in the 'Attention of' field). If you are ordering as an individual, leave the Company field blank.

Then simply fill out the fields appropriate to the type of property which is to be appraised and press the button which is labelled 'Submit Order' at the bottom of the form. You will probably need to scroll down to the bottom of the form to see the Submit button.

Press the Submit button to submit your order.

After you submit your order by pressing the Submit button, an acknowledgement screen will appear. We will contact you at the phone number or address you have provided to verify the information you have supplied before we proceed with the order.

After you have submitted an order you may submit another order by Pressing the button labelled 'Clear Form'. This will clear all fields in the form so that you may enter a new order. Please note, once you have pressed the 'Clear Form' button, the information from your previous Order is erased and is no longer on your computer.
